Here’s another thing I absolutely love about my job… when I go on vacation, I get to take my camera with me!

While planning our trip to visit family in Cypress, Texas, I knew I had several “fans” in the area that had inquired in the past “if you EVER come to Houston, PLEASE take our family pictures!” Well, the hard part with photographing in a new town… I have NO clue where to go. So I start to google and facebook stalk…. you would be surprised how many photographers let competition get in the way and won’t reach out and help each other. I just don’t understand it…. anyways, THAT is how I found Candance Cook with Eye Candy by Candace Photography! Candace is familiar with the area and gave me an amazing recommendation that I just chose to trust immediately without any question… and I’m SO glad I did!! We had our sessions at the Cypress Top Historic Park. It had so much variety, and it was just PERFECT! Thank you Candace!!

I got to spend some time in Houston, Texas photographing these super cute, super fun families… but still had plenty of day time to enjoy the warm weather and play with my family. It was perfect and I loved getting to see y’all! OH! One thing I love about Texas Mommas…. they all wear really cute dresses!! <3
