I’m starting to realize that maternity sessions are quickly becoming my favorites to shoot. I really can’t pin point why exactly… but there’s something about the wonder, anticipation, excitement, and love you can literally feel with each expecting couple. I think I love them too, because I know I’ll get to see them again soon when the little baby joins the world!

This expecting couple is ubber special to me… That’s because that’s my future nephew inside that baby bump!!! I just can’t wait to meet him and introduce him to all of you!

I’m so happy that Bria decided to do a maternity session with me. I realize many Mom-To-Be’s are hesitant to take maternity pictures…. I understand, I really do. In fact, I almost backed out myself for my OWN maternity pictures. And I look back at those images so grateful that I captured that time in my life, and didn’t chicken out…. sure, I had swollen ankles…. yes, it was hard to move…. but we will never get that time in our life back….

Okay now…. back to Bria & Charlie. First off, doesn’t she look beautiful preggo? I mean seriously, I want to secretly hate her for being so cute, but I just can’t, I like her too much for that….  And not only is making us all jealous, but she has even taken it up a notch! At 7/8 months pregnant, Bria has opened her own Interior Design firm! Check out her blog at www.briahammelinteriors.com. She has been helping me get the DianeH Photography studio in tip top shape! I’ll have to post pictures when everything is finished and super cute!

But seriously,  I feel so honored to be able to capture this time in their lives, and I can’t wait to start bragging and sharing lots of pictures of my little nephew, Louie!!!
